Prior to experiment The Venus Factor Program, I literally tried every diet you can think of.
With today’s on-the-go lifestyle, we tend to eat mindlessly . We always find ourselves surrounded by temptation and it's really hard to resist. Emotional cravings is an addiction. And trying to use willpower to stop emotional eating is like trying to tell a athlete to just stop doing sports! When we crave, our body is most likely reacting to a lack, which can be non-food related.
It’s hard to develop daily, healthy habits when they switch every week of trend. Unchecked and unmanaged stress can lead us to unhealthy lifestyle choices and breaking that vicious cycle, acknowledging our stressors might be difficult. When we consciously take note on verything we crave for, maintaining ourselves aware of those behaviours mostly driven by stress, anxiety, fear or other negative emotions related and that causes our craving ghrelin appetite hormones! With a lack of sleep the hormone ghrelin also increases.
It's way better if we nibble and we don't gobble...eating right can help us maintain a healthy weight and avoid certain health problems and also avoiding side effects on your mood and overall wellbeing.
We surely are what we eat. Studies have shown that eating modern processed food, packaged meals, fast food, sugary snacks and much more, affect the brain in developing higher rates of depression, stress, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Here is where we find that Venus Factor Program becomes vital.
While some specific foods or nutrients have been shown to have a beneficial effect on mood, it’s our overall pattern that is most important. Focusing on how we feel after eating. Watching a 5 minutes cardiac coherence on youtube decreases our excess cortisol production keeping us healthy, vibrant and stress-free.
